Welcome to the Authentic Man Program privacy policy. We strive to provide our visitors with informative and useful information. To do so, we sometimes use information provided to us by you or your web browser to assist us in this goal.

How do we store your information?

Your information is stored at the list server that delivers AMP newsletters. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive AMP’s newsletters.

All of the newsletters that are sent to you by AMP include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link. You can also contact us at the link at the bottom of the page to change your information at any time.

What information does AMP collect from our users and how do we collect it?

Our website provides opportunities for you to request additional information from us. To do so, we will request various forms of contact information from you. Typically this includes your name, email address and possibly your answer to a survey question. This information allows us to communicate with you electronically and also lets us better identify what types of information you prefer or do not prefer. This information is requested via a website form that you have the choice to fill out or not fill out.

Our website also records technical information from your web browser including but not limited to things like IP Addresses, browser version, operating system versions. This information is needed to ensure that our website is compatible with your web browsing software. Authentic Man Program does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Governing law

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Colorado law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: San Mateo County. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: San Mateo County, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

Authentic Man Program is controlled, operated and administered entirely within Colorado. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
